Here is the first recipe:

500 ml water
50 ml yogurt
3 tea bags – black tea
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon curry

Preparation:

You should boil the water, then add all the groceries except the yogurt. Once the water has cooled, in the strained liquid add the remaining yogurt and mix.

You can drink this mixture as a substitute for dinner, and it is important after that to not eat anything. It is only allowed to drink water.

Here is the second recipe:

80 ml water
170 ml milk
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry

Preparation:

First add the spices in boiling water, and then add the milk. Mix everything until it becomes a liquid.

This drink is drunk before bed time.
