The health experts suggest all the smokers to take natural home remedies in order to reduce the harmful effects of the smoke. This is an amazing homemade lung-cleansing recipe which will help those who have been smoking for more than 5 years to clean up their lungs.
- 2 tsp of turmeric;
- A small chunk of ginger root;
- 8 lbs /1 liter of water;
- /400 gr. of garlic (chopped and peeled);
- 8 oz. /250 gr. of Stevia powder.
How to prepare it: take a pot and put the water in it heating it a bit, then add the stevia powder and when the water boils add the rest ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes and then turn the heat off. Let it cool down at a room temperature and then transfer the liquid into a jar and store in the fridge.
Dosing: take 2 tbsp. of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach. Take 2 tbsp of it after your dinner.
