You will need:

– 10 drops of lavender essential oil
– 10 drops of chamomile essential oil (buy the Roman chamomile essential oil)
– 4 ounces of magnesium oil

Directions:

Mix the ingredients in a large spray bottle. We recommend using a glass one. Shake the bottle gently. You can use it for 24 to 48 applications.
