Time for a tummy tuck so wear your track suit and hop into your trainers and get ready for some exercise.
The most favorite area of flab is not only your belly, but also your arms, hips and thighs. Unfortunately, the area where it’s hardest to lose is your tummy.
So let’s get down to business! There’s no way you can get rid of the flab unless you exercise and we have a proof. A study conducted at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, North Carolina observed the eating habits and exercise routine of certain contestants for 20 days. The abdominal fat depends on the size of the fat-cell, the greater the cell size, the more fat your abdomen will carry. So during the research it was observed that the contestants who only followed the calorie count diet were able to only lose weight, however, reduction in fat-cell size was not observed. Whereas, the contestants who took regular exercise along with a diet plan were not just able to get rid of excess weight but also a reduction in the fat-cell size was observed up to 18%.
